Control levels. auto: the engine decides everything except Energy, images and camera. assisted: the engine + your effect keys (each one fades out by itself). manual: a quiet base, only what you switch on.
Energy (calm … extreme): how wild the picture is. Picture only, the music does not change. Extreme = Energy 4.
Effect keys: the key toggles the effect; Shift+key = less, Alt+key = more.
Gauge: green = what the engine sends now. Orange marker = your slider.
Yellow name = the effect is on (assisted / manual: you switched it on; auto: the engine uses it strongly).
transition = how long a change takes to fade in and out (0 = instant, up to 10 s).
hold = how long an effect you switched on in assisted stays on before it fades out by itself (random 4.5–15 s by default; manual effects stay on until you switch them off; in auto the engine chooses its own transition per scene).
Palette, Tiles, Live code: in auto the engine decides them.
Mouse: move = kaleidoscope centre, click = ripple, drag = turn, wheel = zoom out / in.
Presets: keys 1–8 recall a preset, Shift+1–8 save the current look into it (advanced).
